Mojgan Rafati
Brow Artist
Mojgan has dedicated over 30 years of her life perfecting the art of eyebrow design and threading. Her journey began in Iran, where she enrolled in a prestigious cosmetology school, gaining the foundation and skills that would shape her career. Her passion for creating perfectly symmetric, beautiful eyebrows led her to obtain a specialized license in the United States, where she has since established herself as an expert in the field. Her goal is to always make her client feel confident and beautiful!
Jordan Hay
APRN, FNP - BC
Jordan grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl and completed both her BSN and MSN degrees at the University of Alabama. Her nursing background includes cardiac, plastic surgery, and emergency medicine. As an aesthetic injector, Jordan specializes in delivering natural results using a global aproach to anti-aging.Â
Nicole Coullias
Founder & Owner, Medical Aesthetician, Certified Medical Electrolysis, and Laser Tech
Nicole brings over 23 years of experience in the dermatology and aesthetics industry. As a licensed aesthetician, medical electrologist, and laser hair removal technician, she is known for delivering exceptional care and transformative results.
Passionate about advanced skincare and lifelong learning, Nicole specializes in helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin through personalized treatments and preventative care. Her goal is to ensure every client leaves Paradise feeling confident, refreshed, and radiant.
Valentina Hudacko
Medical Aesthetician
Val is an Aesthetician and Front Desk Coordinator passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. With a strong interest in aesthetics, she enjoys staying up to date on beauty and wellness trends while creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every client. As a valued member of the front desk team, Val ensures each visit runs smoothly and warmly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and shopping.

Registered Nurse, Sclerotherapy
Mary is a Registered Nurse with over 27 years of experience treating spider veins in the legs with sclerotherapy. She uses the most gentle products, in order to make each treatment as comfortable as possible while delivering excellent results. In her free time, Mary loves traveling and spending time with her family.
Ruby Simone
Front Desk Staff
Ruby is currently a student at Santa Fe College and is very passionate about beauty and creativity. Ruby hopes to pursue a career in Cosmetology in the future. She loves staying active, spending quality time with friends and family, and hanging out with her French bulldog, Leo!
Hayley DuBose
Medical Aesthetician
Hayley was born and raised in High Springs, Florida and graduated from a local aesthetics program in 2023. She made the decision to join the Paradise family to further her education in the aesthetics industry, while growing a relationship with each person that visits. Hayley's passion is to bring joy to individuals by helping them reach their skincare and beauty goals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, traveling, and baking!
Payton Campbell
Front Desk Staff
Payton Campbell is the Front Desk Coordinator and a welcoming presence at our MedSpa. She enjoys connecting with clients and helping create a positive, comfortable experience from the moment they arrive. Outside of work, Payton loves working out, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family. She is currently a freshman at Santa Fe College and plans to pursue a future career in either the sonography or aesthetician field, reflecting her passion for health, wellness, and patient care.
